Winter 2015-2016 I began work on a line of ornaments for Wheeler Manufacturing of Lemmon, South Dakota. The initial pieces would be composites of famous landmarks merged with pictures of regional wildlife. Below are two of the finished pieces printed on wood alongside their digital counterpart.
We then switched to some precut ornament shapes that showcased different landscapes on them. 3 of the 4 ornaments displayed below were composites of several different photos that were Photoshopped together.
Below is a state map and landmark ornament we just started on, more states in the series are planned.
Below are some different drafts of various ideas that did not go into production. The concepts were either changed, dropped or they were early drafts done on pictures we didn't have the rights to for commercial use just to demonstrate the concepts.
