In the background of image we can see the sky, there are a crystal-clear drops on the hand, which refers to touch another dimension – it’s an effect of condensation. In fact, the sky is an illusion. The illustrated hand is located in a background to original water-covered rocks. This reinforces the message, because person is behind a metaphorical "wall" and has a chance to get out of it, still believes that he/she can rise above it.

He is the one- quoted in the text “shipwrecked”. The person can understand the reality which surrounds him (and also understand a letter in a bottle) only after using alcohol. Message in a Bottle means sending by him the SOS signal.
