Old world charm meets luxe modernism at FORTY ONE, where property development whiz Fiducia completed their award winning project in Drummoyne. The Designory team worked with the developer to bring the property to life through fully installed and hand selected styling in the display townhouse and apartment.
To enhance the luxurious feel, contempory palettes including textural artworks, pale timbers, marbles, velvets and stunning emerald greens were used. Aztec blues were added to the living spaces, along with sumptuous bedding in each of the bedrooms. Layers of decor were added from the extensive offering at The Design Hunter store.
This project was a finalist in HIA Apartment Complex of the Year for Renovations/Additions $1million-$5million.
