For this project, we were to take ordinary, everyday items that have packaging that is either altogether terrible or does not do its contents justice. I chose condiments. Most of us use ketchup and mustard everyday and yet the packaging is extremely mundane. With that in mind, I took a page out of Mondrian’s book and designed a De Stijl inspired brand. It’s a shame relish isn’t blue; I would have included it as well.
