Olio Aceto is a hypothetical luxury brand of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinigar.
The story
It was the year 1862 when Alberto Contadino, a humble olive farmer, discovered the wonders of olive oil and balsamic vinegar when his cat accidentaly knocked the last bit of balsamic vinigar he had left in a little dish all over his olive salad. This lead him to add a vinyard to his modest little farm, to start producing balsamic vinegar. After tasting a bit of heaven, Alberto set out to fi nd the best combination of subtle fl avours to add to his new found passion and Olio Aceto was born.
