Creating cause-based corporate campaigns
The Employee Impact Platform by Causecast is a web-based product that allows corporations to give employees a way to more conveniently and directly support nonprofits.
In an effort to allow a site administrator, such as the HR or Corporate Social Responsibility officer, to encourage team building through cause, I designed the flow for an administrator to create a cause-based campaign for employees to come together and give through either donations or volunteering.
Administrators may choose to create a new campaign dependent on the call to action desired, or select one of the pre-designed seasonal campaigns.
Campaigns are placed in the most visible area: The top of the employee's dashboard.
