These are two book covers for a book called Deface thats dimensions are 8x8. The image on the left was done on the computer. I basically wanted to depict the word Deface through defacing the letters. The image on the right is done by hand. I again began with the same concept of defacing the letters. I used white mounting board which I cut the word deface out of. I then took a lighter to create burt marks on the piece. I adhered a sheet of tracing paper behind the mounting board which I also used a lighter to create burnt marks on.

This piece of artwork is an example of one of the business cards I made for myself. I created the logo and the back of the card is a pattern I created.
