My visual design language isn't far off from the existing site. The branding and design is fun, light-hearted, and welcoming. We are looking to attract recent graduates and career transitioners to a new career, and want them to feel welcome when they visit the website.
One change from wires to design was making finding a job a visible CTA through all pages, and not burying it at the bottom of each page. This could be accomplished through a stick find a job CTA, or by placing it strategically after content.
