This project I had to produce a digital model that is fabrication ready and have it fabricated by an maufacturing company. The project was to design a vessel that can hold an egg. To make the egg, I hand carved it and focused on the craftmanship and detail, I made tools in CAD (Solidworks) that would help me form the egg and created an egg and 3D printed it for reference when carving. The final vessel was printed at a 3D printing company, Shapeways.
