Residence No. 610 was an exciting experiment of design from site to minute construction details, refinement of material selection, landscape and landscape lighting design, and custom cabinetry and furniture design as well as construction management of a 5,800 SF custom home on Biscayne Bay in Miami Beach. This was an amazing opportunity to work with Clients who have a deep appreciation of design, an understanding of detail, and an openness to try new things. This home was intended as a vacation retreat for a busy NYC couple but has turned into their main base.
