Our client walked us through this incredible site which has very high land, the top of some of the dunes are 19 feet above sea level. Also views to the golf course and many large mature oak trees. We enjoy challenges so working around the grade changes, trees and capturing views were our main priorities in the siting this home on top of the old dune ridge. This allows the main portion of the home to be a slab on grade and wrapping decks on the golf side of the home.
