Honor Role :60 TV

“Honor Role,” the sixth spot in the "Connections" campaign, launched with 60-second broadcast buys like its predecessors. It documents the story of a mother and son working hard to support the dream of higher education, and a better life. With the prevalence of online courses and practically unlimited access to information, Bright House products and services are there to help along the way.

“This story was deeply personal to many of us on the team,” explains Nick McMurdy, Associate Creative Director/Writer at PP+K. “We not only wanted to honor the sacrifices that parents make to help their kids achieve their dreams, but also demonstrate the results of hard work and a determined spirit. Technology is readily available to help us learn and grow along life’s journey. It’s always at our fingertips to support us when we need it.”

The spot, shot by Natalie Rae Robison with cinematography by Oliver Millar, continues the campaign’s focus on emotional stories that play out in today’s technological landscape. Editorial and post-production were completed at Contender Productions in Tampa. Composer Mark Sunderland provided original score
