70th Anniversary of the Alexandria Jaycees Chapter
Humanitarian print Boats
Franklin P. Backus is known as the first president of the Alexandria Jaycees Chapter.  I suggested using something that would reflect his involvement with the 70 year anniversary events.  In turn, I took a photo of the courthouse that bares his name in Old Town Alexandria.
