I initially went with the color red that was in the logo we had for the site.
I then decided I wanted something in more of a calmer tone for the artwork seeing as it' was the last thing we were doing.
I had worked for Unsigned & Unleashed since 2011. The site came to a close as of a week ago. I was asked by the owner of the site if I would create the artwork for a spotify playlist we were creating. We created a spotify playlist called "Unsigned & Unleashed's Greatest Hits" and it features some of our favorite bands we had written about over the years.
I just went with something super simple and clean for the look. I felt like the green was a more calmer tone overall and given the mood the playlist was created in, it worked well when put next to the red version.
