I painted this copy while trying to mimic the style of Nancy Ricker Rhett. A wonderful painter out of South Carolina. She paints much more freely and with less detail than I do. This was a departure for me. I love the softness and atmosphere that it created. And it was very hard for me to walk away from this without going back in to add detail. Hats off to Nancy.
