Somewhere in the universe there is a very small planet. Three buildings stand on it, and strange people live in them. They laugh in situations when ordinary people would weep or get sad.

A stout man walks into his apartment, reaches a fridge and opens it, only to find, that there is nothing in it. He pauses for a second and then starts to laugh loudly, grabs the fridge and throws it out of window.

A children's party takes place on the roof of the opposit building. A small girl recieves her birthday presents and puts them into a cute pile. The fridge falls right on top of it and smashes all the boxes. A crumpled train sticks out from the fridge's bottom and a doll's head rolls up to the girl's feet. The girl breakes into laughter, takes the head and pitches it into the air, using the train as a baseball bat.

A funeral procession walks down the stairs of the third building. A burning candle is placed in hands of the deceased. The doll's head flies from an opened window and lands into a slightly opened mouth of the deceased. Men, carrying a coffin, catch a glimpse of the doll and begin to laugh frantically. The candle falls down, and the coffin bursts into flames. The sight of this makes men to laugh even harder, they drop their load. The burning coffin slides down the stairs, setting everything on fire.

Firemen arrive and start to spray foam and unfold trampolines. The burning coffin rides out of the building, crosses the street, reaches the other house and sets it on fire too. Having seen this, the firemen start laughing, their arms begin to tremble and spread the foam on everything around them. People jump out of burning windows down to trampolines, but don't come to the ground. They bounce over and over, appearing to have lots of fun. Residents of the only house not burning fire their home themselves, not wishing to miss the merriment.

Eventually the firemen run out of foam. Multiplied storm of laughter shakes the burning planet. But luckily a comet from outer space crashes into the planet's bottom. This kick evokes a huge fountain of water, bursting from the ground amidst the buildings. The fire dies out. People get quiet and go home to sleep.
