The Barrack-Room Ballads by Rudyard Kipling

The Barrack-Room Ballads is the collective name given to a series of songs and poems by Rudyard Kipling. Cover below is for a charity-infused set of 5 books, each dedicated to one Kipling's poem and a cd with 11 songs, performed by Ukrainian bards. Part of the profit will be sent to the widow and family of Ukrainian veteran.
Magnolia flower is here for a reason, I was inspired by lines from "The Open Door" poem:

The deep Verandah shows it –
The pale Magnolia knows it –
And the bold, white Trumpet-flower blows it:
There isn't any Door that need be shut!
 
Also I used a british rifle, common in India in the second half of XIX century and a banjo.
