This is Michael "Skiny" Power, a great friend of mine and a phenomenal producer specializing in stills photography and fashion video out in Los Angeles with his company, Flower Ave Productions. Clearly that's not what these photos are all about. Skiny not only works in production, but during his free time he finds himself racing through the dirt in the Baja 1000. A brutal offroad race Skiny calls a "slaughterhouse," where cars and trucks regularly get stuck in the dirt, crash, or flip over as they fight for supremacy.  He's home of my favorite people to not only work with, but also great to go out with to grab a couple of drinks.  A man of many talents, he's also an accomplished sailor who I've had the great privilege of sailing with.
