Urban Transect Study | Group Research
This project was centered around studying and analyzing a street within Philadelphia to establish an understanding of the urban context. With a team of fellow students, we collected data during multiple visits to a stretch of Walnut Street in Center City. We studied density, traffic, noise and other variables to help define the transect. Together we developed graphics to display our findings.
