A very unique and localized kind of bullfight, that happens only in a small border region of Portugal: the Capeia Arraiana.

 

During Summer and Holy Week, each village has their own capeia: the bulls are gathered from the fields nearby, lead to the arena or town square. There a group of men handle a massive and heavy wooden frame to "fight" the bull before they return to the pastures at the end of the day.
