Brief
To create a monogram of your name by using hand-drawn fonts or using the fonts from a well know known type family. Either use one or two fonts families from Alan Kitching collection, which includes five very influential graphic designers:- Tom Eckersley, Abram Games, FHK Henrion, Josef Muller-Brockmann and Paul Rand.
Solution
I have created a monogram to reflect my personality and my inspiration from two graphic designers, Paul Rand and FHK Henrion
with their font family. I have used a Paul Rand letter "J" and an FHK Henrion letter "H" to create my name in a monogram. The outcome is screen-printed to create two different tones of colour.
What next?
Currently I am looking to take my monogram design into my own personal branding and create an identity for my profolio, website and business card.
