Our challenge was to give alternative solution for youth audiences whom already accustomed to specific mobile chat platform within specific device, hence was called Break Free. Our strategy was to highlight WhatsApp, a cross platform apps, and Nokia Unlimited Data Plan.

We created buzz around missing celebrity through multiple channels. Conversation spreaded heavily in social media. After a week, we revealed she was ‘Break Free’ by using WhatsApp and Nokia. A site was built for learning about Nokia + WhatsApp + Nokia Unlimited Data Plan.

Within 2 months since the prebuzz started, the result were remarkable with above 400,000 unique visits, 10,672 called the phone teaser number, 206,398 download WhatsApp Messenger from Nokia Apps Store. It was more than 900% growth of total WhatsApp download in Nokia Store Indonesia.
