The Next Step Career Conference is a professional career conference for college students that Ringling College of Art and Design hosts every two years. This design involved branding the 2012 conference with the theme "House of Cards." The concept was to use elegant and sophisticated design, inspired by decks of cards, to encourage the students to not leave their future to a game of chance, but to take control by playing their own hand.
