Client Brief : To design the annual TOI HOLI party for Mr. Vineet Jain (current Managing director of India's largest media group, Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd., parent company of The Times of India and other large newspapers.)

 

Being a cult publication TOI has always wanted to have a point of conversation in their parties.

Their holi parties feature in the top parties of the city and hence the theme was required to wow the invitees.

 

Repetitive elements : Rain dance stage, bar and bhang counter, seating, changing spaces, washrooms, buffet

and buffet seating, kitchen area for buffet, walkway and entrance.

 

Venue Deatils : 2 Tilak mark

Untrimmed gardens which the client was to clear up for the party, with empty land.

 

Aim : To deliver a new theme which can be executed in limited resources and being chic (usually

interpreted as exotic in term of its foreign nature) yet creating a connect with holi.
