Micro-brands are created for each Communication Arts competition: Typography, Interactive, Illustration, Photography, Design and Advertising. The initial piece of each campaign is a full page advertisement that runs in the magazine. The branding is also repurposed as for use as a postcard, email campaigns and for online advertising (banner ads, social media presence, and branding across commarts.com).
