This was a branding and identity project for a hair salon by the name of Hair by O'Hara and Friends, located in Crestwood, Illinois. The goal here was to create a brand that communicated unity, love, Irish roots, and hair of course. We came together and created menus, styling lesson sheets, an introduction to the shop owner Catherine O'Hara and coupon sheets. Catherine O'Hara would go on to win Moraine Valley's Community College Business Champion Awards "Women in Business Leadership Award".
Hair by O'Hara and Friends is a shop is located in a small strip mall off a busy street, so keeping the logo bold and simple was my goal. This lended nicely once implementing the vinyl window graphic, it stands out among the other shops in the strip mall, and lends itself nicely at a distance.
Shown below are the marketing materials produced for the shop. New customers will receive the introduction, style lesson, menu (what we offer) and a thirty five dollar value card all in one envelope.
