Hyper Island's 2014 creative task was about creating a movement that could create awareness and enable people to lead the change in the future.
Make It Right is a movement for people who want to break stereotypes. Stereotypes are generalisations that can lead to prejudice or even discrimination and affect self-confidence, cause emotional damage and dispossess the right of being treated as an individual.
Everything was designed in Adobe Illustrator and all the animations and the video were build in Adobe After Effects.
The Characters
All characters were designed in Illustrator. I've designed the heads, hair styles, accessories and clothes as seperate components, which I then brought together in different combinations.
The Scenes
I invisioned a future where people would be able to participate in protests from thousands miles away by using holograms. How cool would that be?
Explaining how easy people judge us by how we look and where we are from.
