It’s also where our skills in property branding and marketing come together. Working with Axa Real Estate, Bell Hammer, CBRE and Knight Frank we have created an estate name and umbrella brand which creates a sense of ‘place’. We have also named and branded the individual office, retail and public realm to create a cohesive brand experience. The marketing campaign launched with a stylish film which brings all the elements of the project together, delivered through a responsive website for the whole estate, and followed up with high-end brochures for the individual buildings.
