Las Marias Real Estate - Integrated Campaign

 
Eduardo Cabrera hired us to come up with a campaign for Las Marías, a land development project.
They wanted the usual treatment for the category: a happy family, some nature shots, a location map and the client’s contact info.
Their sell estimate was 4 to 6 lots a month.
 
 
 
 
 
 
When we presented the first concepts, the client wasn’t that happy. They recognized the potential of the idea, but didn’t want to take a risk.
The client finally signed off the campaign, as presented.

During the first two months, the client sold 60 lots. %1000 above projected sales. We ended up creating more work than initially requested. We ran outdoor, press, radio and cinema ads, along with a website for the project.
