The purpose of this project was to understand opportunities in strengthening the bond between equipment suppliers and the McDonald’s Innovation Center. Furthermore, the ultimate goal was to improve their relationship in order to diffuse the developed innovations into production for use in McDonald’s restaurants. The research was conducted by Design Management and Industrial Design graduate students at the Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD) in two stages:
