Action-packed sound design and thrilling golf swings intermingle with the palm trees and lush landscape of the PGA West Golf Course.
One of my goals was to create a sense of anticipation leading up to a full-on martial-arts movement sound to go with the dramatic opening of the doors onto the steps of the golf course. I sampled swings, puts, hits, and other sounds associated with golf for the intro piece to set the foreground for the growling dubstep synth, heavy-hitting beat and mesmerizing callout scenes.
