A NewPlast / Real Footage mix in awareness of Drink Driving Awareness

The idea behind the creation of this project came with a ever growing interest to delve deeper into Aardmons creation techniques. The company Aardon has always been a big interest in my life since watching all their published content since childhood.
It amazed me that such dedication is required to give out a smooth animaton, and that even though greater technology has become avaliable they stick with this process with their company.
Research Notes 1:
Although plastercine is the most commonly used material by most indi productions using stop animation it found that a newer more developed material is what higher businesses tend to use.
NewPlast is the name of this new material, a combination of plastercine with a variety of oils and materials to help keep it's natural form longer without drying out quickly and crumbling. This is very important to keep models for several shoots, keeping it's movability and textures for days on end.
Aardon themselves have moved onto a new formula speculated as a majority based NewPlast with a few inputs of their own oils to help them have models last for weeks on end at still shoots.
With this information at hand I've decided to choose NewPlast as my material to use.
Post 2 - Company to supply
http://www.mbfg.co.uk/newplast.html - MBFG is the base company which produces and distributes the NewPlast. Unlike most suppliers MBFG actually allows general public to purchase from their supply company shop. This is unique as most producers often only distribute to suppliers such as Amazon and craft shops.
After a look through pricing for companys such as Amazon, Craft Companies and even Ebay it still remains that for purcahsing MBFG was the cheapest supplier.
The basic pack offering blocks of every colour as well as adding more specific colours of need such as white, black, pink and red.
Lastly i ordered a stainless steel modeling tool set for the creation and making of plaster and clay productions.
Post 3 - Model Selection & Tools
So with the materials and tools finally arriving it was time to select my model. This figure will be the center of the project, the one who the whole story revolves around and inevitably the one who ends up drunk!
Nathan was the model of choice in this situation.
