Site Context
Taking advantage of the bottom left edge of the site, housing units are positioned to gain maximum north east sunlight and south west water view. Curving housing patterns is derived from the distinct wavy pattern of the suburbs of Rio de Janeiro.
Formal Analysis
Stripes of buildings are lifted up and arched to minimize overlapping of buildings to maximize sunlight and good view
