Starting out as a technology startup in Munich, SIMSCALE hired me to design their logo. I am proud that by now SIMSCALE is a leading force for 3D engineering simulations with more than 35 employees. 3D simulations are all about grids and dynamics which I implemented creating the logo. The negative lines illustrate the flow of air around an object during an aerodynamic analysis. The blue color in such simulations indicates the absence of resistance and friction. The message the logo conveys is that working with SIMSCALE is equally smooth and frictionless.
