For one of my projects for Final Major Project Two i wanted to create a series of unique silk scarves which feature individual illustrations and designs. For my inspiration for this project i have looked at movement, how fabric flows, the shapes it creates. My scarfs will be printed 90cm by 90cm square and will be used in a editorial style photo shoot as well as a short fashion film which will be about capturing movement and natural flow.
All illustrations are created in adobe illustrator and the background colour seen in the hair and the flowers has been created by hand using inks and water and then scanned in. The final designs have been put together in Adobe Photoshop.
