£7 million 27 unit residential development in Ipswich, on the river Orwell.

The design plays with very simple, strong vertical render, timber and glazing banding elements, with transparency to the front and privacy to the rear.
The penthouses are fully glazed to maximise the views out and a wavy tin roof creates a dynamic finish to the building.
The project was shortlisted for the RIBA housing design awards and won the ‘Ipswich Society Award’ for the regeneration of Ipswich.
