1. Built up the logic behind the parcel notification system which included:

— Transformation of technical statuses into user friendly statuses taking into account the history of technical statuses

— Recommendatoins on subsequent actions for user

— Main troubleshooting methods description

— Mechanisms of context upsale of other Russian Post services

 

2. Created logic of error messages display in different cases of tracking number misspelling

 

3. Developed the approach to displaying branches based on different data (user and branches location, user search query, branch operating schedule)  

 

4. Created two sets of specifications:

— for developers focused on logics and data structure

— for designers focused on different kinds of elements representation and their combinations within screens

 

5. Oversaw design and primary implementation of the part I described
