This series of photgraphs was inspired by me always daydreaming out the window infront of my studio desk. Through my photos I wanted to not only capture whats beyond the panes of glass, but also what happens infront of them as well as their ability to cast reflections and allow natural light into spaces.
My concept was broken down into 4 parts; Beyond, Frame, Light, and Through

Beyond
Focusing on what happens as you look through a window,
blurring the forground to bring into focus whats beyond.
Frame
Using the shape of windows to frame the reflection
of its surroundings seen on the pane of glass.
Light
Capturing the quality of light passing through windows
and the shapes and patterns created.
Through
Keeping the forgound in focus and whats beyond the
glass blured, I explore reflections and positioning.
