"Happiness", in Greek language "Eftihia", can be a girl's name; this fact inspired me to design a human character, the princess Eftihia. Making use of this metaphor I came up with the idea of a knight trying to reach Eftihia, climbing a high tower. He has to make 12 tough steps to reach the top of the tower and meet his love. These steps are presented on both the right and left side of the tower, giving us simple advice on changing everyday life in order to become happy.
Calendar of the year 2016 was designed to provide more scientific insights of Positive Psychology. It presents the 12 ways to reach happiness as 'tip of the month' and more relevant information in each page.
