Ciclo is a new approach to the conventional analog wrist watch.My goal was to create a new concept of an analog watch, but at the same time maintain the character of Breil steel watches. Ciclo doesn’t use the traditional pointers to display time, it does it using three circular rings, divided in twelve or sixty equal parts. The inner ring, divided in twelve parts, indicates the hours. The middle ring, with sixty parts, shows the minutes, and the other layer, also with sixty parts, shows the seconds.Each part, representing hours, minutes and seconds, drops down as time goes by, creating a nice visual effect. The rings are coated at the surface with phosphorescent pigments, to make time visible in the dark.The result is a watch with a clean design, and with a strong character.
