Bonko visual identity

Bonko is candy brand that Kandit owned since the 80s. The market competition uses a visual language that is quite complex, rich in detail and designed with cartoon-like characters. It became clear that Bonko needed a complete turnaround to distinguish itself from the competition.
For this reason, I decided to complete the maximum reduction while maintaining details that may be of interest to children, such as intense colors and accented, oversized typography. The initial analysis of the visual identity took place in local kindergartens with very positive results. Those positive results were later reflected on a significant market growth during the first years of product placement.
