Ogilvy is one of the largest marketing agencies in the world, founded in 1948 by David Ogilvy. The agency's logo is modelled after David Ogilvy's signature, giving it the untamed unconventional nature that defines Ogilvy. Even so their logo still maintains the impression of trust that comes from something as personal as a signature. For this redesign, I wanted to play around with the concept of modern san serif typography in Ogilvy's logo while maintaining some of the strokes which give the logo its trademark unconventionality.
