Macro evolution is the idea that over the course of millions of years, species change and adapt and evolve or die off. In order to survive, they need to change.
Micro evolution is this idea but in a tangible way that you can see in your own lifetime. It's our own personal evolution, and how we adapt and change in our ever changing day to day experience.
The inner band of the bracelet is more complex with many spirals and twists and turns. The outer part of the bracelet is more simple, but you can see the complex through the simple. The ammonite fossils show the actual evolution of a species. The ammonite's shell over time from a chambered shell with incredibly intricate divisions separating the chambers to a chambered shell that is a simple straight wall diving the chambers.
