The (Weird) World of HWE (Part 2)

We just HAD to do something with the show going to Washington. I even made it so patriotic that I used the Bank Note typeface to remind everyone that ultra-capitalism is American like giant steerburgers from Texas!
We also had our own version of Wrestlemania too. I had difficulties with because "Hatchamania" didn't have an overarching theme except where it was located and half the time where it was located dictated the design choice.
Artwork was made for a soundtrack/mixtape. The prevailing theme was the HWE 'horns' logo being central, but all assets were either borrowed from previous projects or made on the spot.
There was a time when things got weirder than usual. Gangnam Style and The Dark Knight Rises was the hot new thing so I decided to riff on it a bit. I would of added in more of the audience, but I rushed it.
The return of the '3-in-1' EAD series. Instead of cardboard, it was now clinical.
I would like to think Archer is co-piloting on this one.
I made sure to stress the orange palette so it didn't look Canadian themed. Finding the right font, kerning, and positioning was difficult with such an abrasive design.
These were inspired by the Zombies mode in Call of Duty Black Ops 2.
Of course, I couldn't omit the weekly show Friday Night Invasion (Originally, Home Invasion). The inspiration is obvious, but I still want it to be something different. I had a broken glass brush that I thought would look pretty cool, so I incorporated it into the logo. Looking back, Home Invasion had it's novelty, but the new name and design really, ahem, broke through.
