Edited in Photoshop using the shell upper warp, and liquify filter.

Edited in photoshop using the burn tool, sponge tool, and quick selection to add the blood.

 

Edited in Adobe Illustrator. I traced the image then used the live paint bucket to added different colors to excentuate the hair and shirt.
