Brownbook's Falafel Issue, as anyone can tell – was about the fried chickpea snack
feeding the Middle East and North Africa, since God knows when.
The main section had bits of green everywhere and contained a Falafel Guide
to the best/most well known falafel joints around the world, a chart breaking down
world economics over the price of a falafel, as well as essays by people
talking about their falafel experience.
The Agenda section however, mainly comprised of five profiles,
their falafel stories or pickled accompaniments, with a lime green stripe
running down monochrome photography, in its design
