OBWARZANEK[ɔbvaˈʒãnɛk],
 
traditional product of Cracow, wovened from two strands of dough,
registered as a regional specialty in EU. The name comes from the Polish word „toboil” (pol:obwarzać).
The obwarzanek has a diameter of4.7 to 6.7 inches and has a sweetish taste.
The bread is boiled before it is baked, can be sprinkled with salt, sesame seeds, poppyseeds, orcheese.
The reputation of obwarzanek krakowski has been cultivated by bakers from Krakow and the surrounding areas, who have been makingt his exquisite and unique product for the people of Krakow for the last 600 years.
