PACKAGING WITH PROLONGED DIDACTIC INFLUENCE
 
 
 
Apstrakt: Rad se bavi istraživanjem u domenu ambalaže, sa osvrtom na njenu posebnu funkciju, a to je produženo didaktičko delovanje. Zasniva se na tome kakav uticaj ambalaža ima nakon upotrebe. Funkciju produženog didaktičkog delovanja sam primenila u projektu Montezuma, Mexican chocolate, koji sam realizovala kao poučnu zbirnu ambalažu. Rad je inspirisan drevnim civilizacijama Maja i Asteka i u sebi sažima njihovo bogato kulturološko nasleđe. Uticaj nakon upotrebe u mom radu zadobija didaktičku svrhu, jer je proizvod  namenjen najnižim uzrastima koji će kroz ambalažu učiti i saznavati o drevnim civilizacijama. Rad sadrži i poseban osvrt na dečiju psihologiju, koja je od presudnog značaja za vršenje didaktičkog uticaja.  Takođe rad prati istoriski razvoj i kulturološki značaj čokolade, kao i istorijski razvoj ambalaže i njen značaj i napredak kroz epohe.

Abstract: This paper deals with research in field of packaging, with focus on it’s special function – prolonged didactic efect. It is based on the influence of the package after usage. I’ve used the function of the prolonged didactic action in project Montezuma, Mexican chocolate, which I realized as instructive collectively package. The work is inspired by ancient civilizations of Mayans and Aztecs and it summarize their rich cultural heritage. An influence that creates after the usage of the product obtains a didactic purpose, since the product is designed for the youngest, that will learn about ancient civlization through the package.
The work contains special review of child psychology, which has a decisive influence on realization of didactic influence. Also this work follows historical development and cultural significance of chocolate as well as historical development of the packaging and it’s significance and progress through the time.

Kroz istraživanje istorije drevnih civilizacija, došla sam do podatka da je poslednji astečki kralj Montezuma u velikoj meri konzumirao kakao napitak pa sam se odlučila za ovaj naziv Montezuma, Mexican chocolate (Montezuma, Meksička čokolada).
Za relizaciju znaka koristila sam stilizovanu slobodnu ilustrativnu predstavu  piramide, jer je to jedno od glavnih obeležja civlizacije Maja i Asteka. Piramidama su davali imena po nebeskim telima kao što je piramida Sunca i piramida Meseca. U centralnom gornjem delu znaka, nalazi se krug koji simboliše nebeska tela po kojima su ove drevne civlizacije nazivale svoje građevine.

Through the research of history of ancient civilization, I came to information, that the last king of Aztecs, Montezuma, consumed cocoa drink very much, than I decided for this name for my project of chocolate: Montezuma, Mexican chocolate.
Sign which I came up is an illustrated stylization of pyramid, because that is main characteristic of Mayans and Aztecs civilization. They gave name of pyramids by heavenly bodies like pyramid of the Sun or the Moon. In the top central part of sign is positioned circle which has a symbol of heavenly bodies, which names were symbols for the architecture  of ancient civilization.
 
KORPORATIVNI MATERIJAL
 
Motivi koje sam koristila na propratnom korporativnom materijalu, potiču iz majanskih i astečkih mitoloških predanja. To su predanja o konzumaciji kakao napitka, a takođe se javljaju i motivi fresko-slikarstva Maja i Asteka. Koristila sam riboliki simbol koji predstavlja kakao, stilizovano drvo kaka i plodove. Dominiraju biljni motivi, jer su ove civlizacije bile usko povezane sa prirodom. Drvo kakaa su veoma poštovali, a taj plod je imao veliku vrednost i njegovo posedovanje označavalo je prestiž u društvu, takođe je imao i platežnu ulogu u robnoj razmeni.
 
CORPORATE MATERIAL
 
Motives which I used on corporative material descend from Mayan and Aztecs  myths. One of the myths  tells about a drink of cocoa, also appears motives fresco painting of the Maya and Aztec. I used fish symbol which represent cocoa, stylization of cocoa trees and nuts. Herbal motives dominated, because these civilization were closely related to nature. They respected the tree of cocoa and its nut has big value and it represented prestige in society. Also it  had purchasing role in commodity exchange.
