Book cover design for the literary classic, Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde. The approach for this project was a bit different from how I would normally go about doing things. I experimented with different textures, both real textures that were scanned in digitally and by simulation through digital brushes and filters. The butterfly is a symbolic of many things: Dorian's fixation with beauty and perfection, as well as his metamorphosis from innocent to sullied.
