This was a magazine/book design revolving around gestalt theory. Gestalt theory is defined as My objective was to clearly illustrate and demonstrate the gestalt theories at work using minimal language. The illustrations themselves should tell the viewer what the theory means; I wanted to move away from a reliance on text to inform my viewer. The theme I chose for this book was the peacock because I was enamoured with the vibrancy and elegance of the bird. The main imagery for this book includes the use of the tail and feather in various manipulations.
